What is MBMS?

 

It is a Mindfulness-based group program for improving individual mental well-being

and better physical health. It brings together Eastern contemplative and

Western psychological techniques to enable you make more wise choices; enjoy a richer day-to-day life;

and develop a stronger sense of well-being, self-care, and self-mastery.

 

MBMS achieves this by teaching easy-to-learn Mindfulness exercises,

Including meditation, self-awareness, simple yoga, Taoist physical movement routines,

and TCM self-enhancement techniques. Through practicing these exercises,

you will learn to mobilize your deep inner resources to facilitate better learning,

resilience & growth; and cultivate greater self-awareness, self-acceptance & self-compassion.
